Il nostro cliente, rinomata realtà del Luganese operante nel settore del Facility Management, ci ha incaricato di selezionare:
UN CUSTODE CON OTTIMA CONOSCENZA DELLA LINGUA TEDESCA.
L'attività verrà gestita per metà settimana presso una villa del Luganese, l'altra parte della settimana presso clienti del Bellinzonese (per gli spostamenti verrà fornita auto aziendale).
Le principali attività da gestire saranno le seguenti:
- manutenzione generale dell'immobile residenziale
- riparazioni varie in ambito elettrico
- lavori di falegnameria generale o di pittura
- opere di giardinaggio
- sgombero neve
Si richiede tassativamente la conoscenza della lingua tedesca ed italiana.
Attività a tempo pieno (5 giorni su 7 dal lunedi' al venerdi').
Si offre assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
