We specialize in providing differentiated services for companies, including temporary placement, personnel recruitment and selection, outplacement, and talent acquisition.
Our main goal is to offer our clients valuable collaborators, with the integrity and professionalism recognized by our many years of activity in supporting companies and employees, making us a consolidated point of reference in the territory.
Since 2021, we have been conducting executive searches for management positions with the EXEOR division, which has a highly specialized team.
Since 2024, we have also been operating from our Basel office, which boasts twenty years of experience in the region.
In 2025, we were the first company in Ticino to obtain certification for Talent Insights Analysis, which is useful for assessing the untapped potential of human resources, and the first employment agency to obtain Dyslexia Friendly certification in 2021.
